Ordering Options
Orders may be placed directly with the cafe location nearest to you by Phone, Fax or Online.


Advance Notice
Advance Notice Orders must be received by 6:30pm (PST) for next day delivery or pick-up. However, we do prefer 24 hour notice for all catering deliveries to insure availability and preferred delivery time. Pastries are baked fresh each morning.  Please call us to confirm availability if your order is placed within 12 hours of delivery time.


Same Day Ordering
Since all products are made fresh to order, same day orders may be limited. However, we will do our best to accommodate you depending on the size of the order. Pastries are baked fresh each morning.  Please call us to confirm availability if your order is placed within 12 hours of delivery time.
A cafe manager is available to help you, please call.


Minimum Order
Delivery is available for orders of $75.00 or more. There is no minimum dollar amount for Pick-up Orders.


Delivery Charge
A flat fee of $7.50 is added to all local orders that are delivered. An additional fee may be added for longer distances. The delivery person may assist with set up and placement of food at the time of delivery. Champagne French Bakery Cafe does not offer additional service or staffing. Please allow a 15 minute window for delivery times. 


Payment
We accept all major credit cards. House accounts is available for frequent customers. All orders will be confirmed by a catering manager and payment information will be obtained at that time. Please have your payment information ready.


Cancellations
12 hour cancellation notice is requested. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge (product only, no tax or delivery fee). All changes must be directed by phone to the location handling your order.
